Ideas to Use – !!!

As explained above, gnocchi sauce is best served with gnocchi. Those looking for something different may want to use the sauce to cook steak, pan sear fish, burgers, chicken or sauté vegetables. Butter, garlic, sage, and cheese are delicious when served over starches too. Pasta, baked potatoes, hash, and French fries are all options. You can even make the sauce and brush it on crostini for a quick, easy appetizer.

!!! is fit for:

Lacto-vegetarian, low-carb and gluten-free diets (just ensure the items used read “gluten-free” on the label).

Gnocchi sauce is quick and effortless but the flavor combination never disappoints. Since the recipe is so easy and straightforward, there is room for other ingredients. Onions are tasty, thyme enhances the sauce beautifully, olive oil adds healthy fat while chopped basil gives the sauce a sweet, peppery, minty layer that does nothing but excites the palate. Pecorino can also replace parmesan since both kinds of cheese are similar in taste and texture. When coming up with possible substitutions, just think fresh and high quality. With that mindset, whatever you make will satisfy.
