  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1-2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

!!!! Sauce – Step by Step Instructions:

1. Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
2. Toss in the garlic and sauté in the butter for about 3 minutes or until the garlic is golden brown.
3. Sprinkle in the sage. Season with a little salt and black pepper.
4. Taste. Add more sage, salt or pepper if needed.
5. Add the cooked gnocchi and pan fry for a minute or two. The gnocchi should brown slightly.
6. Toss in the freshly grated parmesan cheese. Cook for a few seconds to melt all the cheese into the sauce.
